The room and bathroom were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay. The location right on the promenade offered a great view of the sea. Despite some noise, it was a pleasant experience overall.

The hotel's location right in front of the sea was fantastic. The hotel was close enough to the city center that I could easily walk there in 15 minutes or take the bus along the promenade. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Bus stop outside. Basement room with spacious shower, mini fridge, cleaned daily with fresh towels & private entrance. Good value for money. Perfect base for sightseeing. 🚍

Des Flots D'Azur was awesome! Excellent value for money with attentive staff, freshly renovated rooms, and a great beachfront location. The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the owner were really nice too accommodate me. I will definitely be back when I'm in Nice.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic - right in front of the beach and on the promenade. It was a pleasure waking up to the stunning sea view from my room every morning. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Mr. Youssef, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to ensure that all the visitors had a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with windows that allowed plenty of natural light and a good shower. Lastly, I appreciated the fact that breakfast was included in the price. It was a great way to start the day and saved me from having to find a place to eat every morning.
